Hello, I’m Julie – I’m so glad you’ve found me and my page here at 3Mindbodyoga. Welcome.
My journey with yoga and its associated practices has been unfolding for well over a decade. For me, yoga is more than just a practice – it’s a way of life and a way of being. It has helped me cultivate a deep and lasting connection between body, mind, and spirit. Yoga offers me tools to enhance physical strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, while also supporting mental clarity and emotional balance.
Through regular practice, I’ve learned how to stay present, manage stress, and find peace amidst life’s inevitable challenges. It has nurtured a greater sense of self-awareness, grounding, and inner calm. Yoga continues to teach me gratitude, patience, and resilience – qualities that guide me through both the highs and lows of life with more ease and equanimity.
In addition to teaching regular classes, I also work within the retreat space and support yoga teacher training programs. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of both the personal and professional sides of the practice, as well as the planning, dedication, and commitment required to hold space for others on their journeys.

9hrs Reiki Level 2.

Reiki Level 2 – is the second stage in the traditional Reiki system, following the first level (Reiki I). This focuses on deepening my ability to channel energy and allows me to use the Reiki symbols and mantras to enhance healing. As a Level 2 practitioner this allows for me to practice using: The three Reiki Symbols that help focus and direct energy in more specific ways. These symbols are sacred and are said to amplify my healing abilities. Mantras: These are chants associated with the symbols that help activate and intensify the energy flow during healing. Distance Healing: This is one of the most significant advancements. As a practitioner I can send Reiki energy to people who are not physically present, either in time (past or future) or space (location). This is often considered a major breakthrough in any Reiki practice. Emotional and Mental Healing: allows for me to also use tools to work on emotional and mental blocks, not just physical ones.

The Reiki symbols help me to address deeper aspects of healing, which may be tied to unresolved emotional traumas or mental patterns. Increased Energy Flow: As a Level 2 practitioner, I’m more attuned to higher frequencies of energy, giving me a stronger connection to the healing power of Reiki. Reiki Level 2 is taught by a Reiki Master, which includes an attunement process, this is a spiritual initiation that helps me access these new energies. Level 2 Reiki allows me as a , practitioner to work with clients in a more formalized way, offering healing sessions and distance healing.
